PROJECTS & ACTIVITIES:
Red River Water Festival
A 6-day event in which over 2,300 4th grade students learn about different aspects of water and the Red River Watershed through hands-on activities.
Major sponsors include: North Dakota Water Education, Xcel Energy, City of Fargo, and City of Moorhead.
Additional partners include: Buffalo-Red River Watershed District, Southeast Cass Water Resource District, Historical & Cultural Society of Clay County, Clay County Soil & Water Conservation District, Cass County Soil Conservation District, International Water Institute, Red River Zoo, Prairie Water Education and Research Center, Concordia College, and Scheels.
