Urban Hikes
Thank you to those that participated in our Member and Volunteer Urban Hike. We enjoyed our conversations with you! Participants told us that they learned things about the Red River and River Keepers and that they saw things they didn’t know were along the Red. Thank you to the FM Area Foundation for grant funds to try new member and volunteer events!
Concordia College Hands for Change
Thank you to the Concordia College Hands for Change students who volunteered yesterday! Concordia College has their incoming students serve locally during Fall Orientation. We got to work with around 75 students who either went on a Red River Bank Cleanup or participated in our Storm Drain Marking Program or T-shirt to Tote Project. These dedicated students were great to work with and got a lot done in just a few hours to #SustaintheRed!
