Not everyone knows that when it rains and the snow melts, the water drains to the Red River without being treated. Sign up to volunteer for our Storm Drain Marking Program to raise awareness about storm water pollution! We need volunteers to place markers next to storm drains that say, “No Dumping, Drains to River” and hand out educational door hangers in West Fargo, Fargo, and Moorhead.
